If you want the best outcome for any chemical activity then your company must develop the right foundation chemistry that is strong in the core competencies and focuses on the areas of best fit for your product.In any chemistry task, no matter what field it is, you must be aware of the limitations and knowledge that you have at any given time. Know the limitations of the tools and processes that you are using for development and allow your organization to do the best they can in the best interest of your company and the greater good.Have a well developed knowledge base of the chemistry that you are using in your organization. When you have knowledge of all the components in your organization then you will have all the ingredients necessary to be successful.
